One year, we start the year holding someone's hands, gazing at the beautiful fireworks in the sky, and with the resolution of achieving our goals but unfortunately or fortunately life is not that simple. We achieved some of our goals, we fail at some, we hold on to some people in our life, we lose some, but life goes on. Every successful person has been broken into pieces and they have re joined all of them to become successful. Sometimes a lot of things are not in our control, and that's the time of acceptance. 2024 was very tough for me as well my father was diagnosed with liver cancer, I don't know how this year flew I hope the future will bring some better situations
For me 2024 was a rollercoaster with only downfalls. Chunks of health issues, breakup, lost one of my family members, frequent disruptions in studies due to stress and anxiety,..and the list goes on. I'm not complaining here, i figured out what i did wrong..i was eating bad, i was not giving time to my loved ones, no meditation, no workout..for all this i was responsible. And now at the brink of 2024 i promise myself that i will fix things, which i could have done better or Managed better. No hope this time, rather i will believe in myself.

In my first three attempts, I did not clear the prelims, but in the next two (2023, 2024), I cleared the prelims but failed in the mains both times. I am feeling exhausted. Just want to share a small part of my life. 2021 I completed graduation but us samai courage nehi ho rahi thi full time upsc preparation k liye , even I was not clear about mujhe ye karna bhi hai ya nehi , then took admission for MSc, still confused thi kya chahiye, finally figured out k haan karna hai ,to pehle se tay tha my optional will be zoology because I love this subject. Ussi samai CSIR NET exam ka pata chala socha k de dete hai optional me bhi wahi sab padhna hai try karke dekhte hai and I actually want to test my self aur cleared ho gaya rank aya 28 in LS . NOW in 2024 january due to financial issues job join karni padi , filhal I work as assistant professor in a good college but I just feel like I don't belong there , in 2025 I want to quit everything I just just want to study and prepare for upsc with my full potential. Sir jis din clear hoga in sha Allah aap se akar milenge ❤
Eat daily multivitamins, fish oil with 400mg EPA and 500mg DHA, take creatine, whey protein, good diet and workout if possible…mentally these habits keep a human quite sane🙂

I was suffering from dengue and typhoid.. family member was admitted too..Lost my 2 months amost..very painful time for us..felt helpless at times and was so weak to even sit and study. There was always a guilt in mind that I should be studying now completing targets but my body and mind gave up.From November mid , iam trying to make things work..
