Yes, the park is nearby outside the Hotel and the Al Hamra Mall is just 5mins. The Dreamland and Iceland as well is about 10mins drive. Hope it helps. Thank you so much!
It's a good question. Even us, we are expecting the pool is temperature controlled but unfortunately it's not. Most of the guest enjoy the pool even in this cold season except to us. Thank you! Hope we answered your question.
By far the most worse hotel I ever been too , pools are over packed , some days I had to wait 1-2 hours for a clean beach towel as they were always out of stock , I was all inclusive but BE AWARE this does not include most of the alcohols and drinks , snacks etc , I had to pay £10 for a can of redbull( although I’m all inclusive) , the mini bar is not included for the all inclusive guests you have to pay for it , I had asked a bottle of milk for my baby child at night time they told me I had to pay for it !! It is most unprofessional and greedy hotel I ever seen , I’ve been to lots of hotels and when I book for all inclusive then it’s everything included not like this rubbish hotel , that’s my experience with this hotel
