Haha yes its an amazing world, things dont always work out like you would think. I never imagined taking up Korean food but once discovered you have to love it. Glad to hear you are enjoying and learning from the vids.
haha...Awesome, me too. i am a home cook of korean food, i have learnt a lot of things from my mother inlaw also from friends and youtube. My dream is to open a small scale restaurant in Brisbane with a tradtional fell to it. I also would like to study cookery in Korea. Any ideas or tips?
@lppon. There are no rules when it comes to cooking, in saying that I personally have not seen any Korean chef use ginger when making Bulgogi. This is not to say you cant though.
If you live near a Korean grocery store they sell the beef and other cuts pre sliced. H-mart is getting more and more popular, and it is just a darned good store..
If you want to do it then follow your dream, Sounds like a great one. A mate of mine Dan has this site and does loads of stuff, contact him. I can tell you studying in Korea will be difficult but worth it. Seoul Eats dot com
Have seen many bulgogi cooking videos, but yours is, for some reason, the coolest....!! Best !!!
