beautiful
History repeats itself
"A war is very eminent and the munition manufacturers are trying to bring this about".
Emma Goldman was so based omfg! 🥺✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻
crazy too. this was after ww1. ppl didn’t think would be another world war. they asked and she said yes and sure enough, 1948 i think. ww2
@@baloneyburger4115 Eureopean knew it was coming and called the period between the 2 wars just an armistice. And 1938.
@@baloneyburger4115 in 1934 it was common to predict the war. Technically the war already started in 1931 with Mandchouria invasion by Japan.
These epic responses!
I like her response to how she feels about President Roosevelt. Basically, he's better than the others. Somehow I doubt she thought very highly of any of the presidents or rulers. Very crafty response miss Goldman! Well done!
The one before is even better. New deal? I don’t know, need to study.
Emma was a strong believer in change and revolution, but she was a bit pragmatic also, and to bring new rights or wellbeing to the oppressed people, even in a still unfair society, never been nothing for her.
She was a worker, the first fight that make her a militant was the 8 hours day, have less pain was her goal
Still with her.
Agreed.
Wonderful clip, such an important voice!!
She is 65 on that clip.
It is sad to see her so formalistic.
When you read her book, you understand that when she was young she likes so much to enjoy life, she fight against old revolutionary guys who want to have a “sad” revolution.
May be she was trying to control all her message, knowing that interview could be dangerous for her freedom.
Could you share where you found this recording?
Thanks !!
❤❤❤❤
A truly brilliant woman.
She was one badass woman!
What narcissistic genius!
Emma Goldman for President !
🙏🙏🙏✌️✌️✌️
This contradicts her views. She wouldn't want to be president.
What an horrible thing.
Poor Emma, let her in peace, why do you wish her that bad.
Stalin made Emma eat crow 😂
