The sculpt is pretty good but where Hot Toys have messed up is not giving this figure the moveable eyes system. Part of Mace's character, he is always shifting his eyes from side to side full of character.
I was thinking about that and I think the problem is that there is no hair or hat to cover the head seam on a head that splits open. On a bald head it may look unsightly?
@@noman8499 Indeed, yes, i did not think of that, your right, there would be an unsightly seam, such a shame though, i do believe it would of made the head sculpt so much better and full of attitude.
I was on the fence about this figure’s head sculpt but your review has sold me on it.
Yeah it looks much better than it did in the blogger photos.

When I bought SW figures for just a few bucks, this was ok. For HOT TOYS $$$$.. NO WAY
I like this one overall but I know what you mean. The prices are going up but the standards are dropping.
