I view a lot of home videos, and you certainly do a much better job than many of the realtors I have seen. The camera person does a great job of keeping the camera steady, so as not to create disturbance or nausea. Your approach is calming, yet not monotonous, professional, but not boring, confident, yet humble, with some personal opinion comments, yet not so many that the video becomes about you. Your voice is soothing and comforting and invokes trust with the rich tone. You don't rush through as if you have some other place you must be. Very nice.
