To be fair, the only cods I ever used to buy season passes for where the ones with zombies. $15 for multiplayer maps I do the same thing on as the rest of the multiplayer maps that just look different never seemed worth it to me. But throw a new zombies experience in there and you have my money.
I got MW2 for $40 brand new in 2009, and then all of the DLC for free. It didn’t take tons of updates when I bought it. It had a fantastic campaign, great multiplayer, and spec ops. If you buy a COD game from the last 10 years, you’re going to have tons of updates and extra things you have to install to make it work, the campaign may or may not be good, and the multiplayer will be ok. Games are getting prettier, but worse and less fun.
MW3 is actually the best COD game in freaking years! Plus so many people have never played those maps anyway! No way average player would spend 140 dollars on one year game.
Wish they sold it as a dlc could even be the same price then we would have heaps of maps and content rather than just all remastered ones
I like paying for dlc tbh it seems the more u pay the more time is spent on the maps and story/ Easter eggs
I mean back in the day with those dlc content we would get so much more and the devs would actually try to
60 bucks and 12 maps (4 packs that cost 15$ a pop)
With a completed multiplayer, no micro transactions, solid experience all around compared to unmotivated products for to sell only
There was absolutely no confirmation on a 2 year cycle.
Love this Guy and his Screamm 😢❤
To be fair OG MW3 was also criticized for being more like an update to OG MW2 than a new game, but it still felt ok because the game was good
Was a slight difference with the guns and perks streak golden era of cod
people used to pay 15-20 for 4 map packs so like 60-80$ and they released a game with all mw2 maps a campaign and a new game mode for 70 so in reality it’s probably about the right pricing and there’s also new guns
Reminder: Activision issued a cease and desist on a passionate group of individuals called h2m who remastered the og mw2 multiplayer and those who knew about it bought the official game and when they found out, they demanded refunds
Back in the day map packs where $15 or a $50 season pass. Modern warfare two only had 2 map packs and future games had 4
Nah, it's actually pretty good, minus the lag after updates and weitd fortnite skins. And community complains about every c.o.d yet all still but and play it in high numbers 😂
Yeah but the $20 packs were like a whole different game with how much they added like in bo2 with 4 new multiplayer maps and 1 zombies map
It doesn't matter what they call it, how they do it, how it's handled, what they price it. People will line up and buy it every time.
Yeha but that was back in 2008-2012 where map pack was impressive and hard to make.
It feels like the almost the same game every year with few updates they need to change it up instead of doing the same thing all the time
TBH what I heard was that Activision themselves actually NEVER claimed this was meant to be a 2 year game. It was just rumors that went Rampant! But Activision really also never cleared the Obvious misconception of what people assumed it would be likely because it would bring more sales with that word of a 2yr game yet knowing they're safe from accusations because they never actually said that.
High-rise and rust just gave me a smile. Would have paid for it at any rate to play my maps with my oldest daughter.
That's business.
To be fair, the only cods I ever used to buy season passes for where the ones with zombies. $15 for multiplayer maps I do the same thing on as the rest of the multiplayer maps that just look different never seemed worth it to me. But throw a new zombies experience in there and you have my money.
Well mw4 is confirmed because i know they ain’t ending it with soap dying that’s fuckin twice 😭
I finished the campaign just a bit ago and I really enjoyed it and the multi player is good
I really wish they stuck with the original plan. I liked mw2 and more of it would have gotten my money.
MW3 is actually the best COD game in freaking years! Plus so many people have never played those maps anyway! So for the new generation it's actually awesome to have a real chance to enjoy theaps we loved so much! It's a win win. The movement is the best it's ever been! Like butter. I know there alot of ppl having fun again too and that's all that really matters at the end of the day.
The missions feel like it's cut missions from mw 2019 spec ops.
Imma get it on Black Friday you BEST BELIEVE IT🙌🏽🙌🏽
Dont...
Just don't
@@UnemployedStormtrooperhe’s allowed to buy the game
@@Charlie-man I'm giving him advice I never said he couldn't buy it.
When you “repackage” an add-on DLC pack and offer nothing meaningfully new, it feels like a money grab and played out. The problem is they put more thought into bundles and other in game purchases than fixing bugs and offering new/original content
You're forgetting all the money people throw away on battle passes and bundles. Even the multiplayer trailer was just a commercial for the store.
Dude the game is basically war zone with a storyline
If the CoD community was critical of the release MW II, then I can never accept to be associated with it.
Arcade CoD is disgusting.
