Philip Kisia is my favorite guest on here. I'm _definitely_ not saying that the rest aren't great (e.g I respect Kipruto arap Kirwa massively from Kibaki days). But Kisia is a good communicator and he's often quite animated 😀

Ruto would not have won any money game if Uhuru was a bad boy. He would have comprehensively outsplashed Ruto's money game in Mt. Kenya. But as it is, it was "paying" better to be with Ruto than Uhuru. That's why the initial crop of MPs decamped.
