From direct comparison This is very late because of how hesitant I was to upgrade from what I noticed: Very noticeable weight difference Better coating Better scroll wheel Better switches Cons: Removed right side side buttons No dpi button (why use it) No rgb (some like it)
You don't have to be left handed to use the extra 2 buttons on the original. Keyword "extra" for you can remap them to something else and use all 4 at once, all for different things. Sure its not the best placement, but its an option and works good for regular used things that arent needed in the heat of battle. This is main reason I don't wanna upgrade. Flipside I told myself to not shoe myself into a unique mouse button setup and here I go again! Because eventually they wont make this mouse and I'll have to get use to another. Whereas only using a 2 button mouse is more universal and easy to transition.
People mind microusb because If everything else you use uses USB c, and you need to have a microusb cable JUST for this mouse, it’s kinda lame especially when you’re paying this much for a mouse
