    Altus is a failed project and this builder has bought bad name for the whole Area.

      It's not a failed one.. infact its most demanding one... yes, you can say it's the slow in development. but when it come to affordability and demand. Altus comes on first rank and people are investing here... if you dont like Altus, I have options for you in DLF and Omaxe 😀

      @@exacthousing it’s failed because compared to Omaxe and DLF it doesn’t even have a club house forget club house the whole place still looks like a jungle. Further the plots are cut like zigzag and no standard sizes of plots. Also there is farm land in between that couldn’t be acquired by the any of the builders which doesn’t let’s this project to connect with the main roads. There is a reason the prices are half of Ecocity even if it’s sits right adjacent to it.

      It's not zig zag.. check the layout plans... and when you say farm land... you can see the same in DLF and Omaxe as well. I really don't want to convince anyone about altus... if someone like it, then they invest there... no body can force anyone to pay lacs of money just by saying some words. moreover, if anyone want omaxe i can give them that as well.
