Further the plots are cut like zigzag and no standard sizes of plots. Also there is farm land in between that couldn’t be acquired by the any of the builders which doesn’t let’s this project to connect with the main roads. There is a reason the prices are half of Ecocity even if it’s sits right adjacent to it.
