Please help me. I have the same watch as yours in this video. The date and time is not moving AT ALL. I already tried factory resetting both the app and the watch but none of it worked. I can still bind/connect the watch to the app but the date and time is not syncing and it's not even moving. It's just stuck at 12:01 AM and January 01. I don't know what to do anymore 😢
Edit: So my watch is back to normal now. The date and time is working properly again. Just like what one of the replies in my comment, the reason the date and time was not working was because it's a leap year. Once it's march 1, it's back to normal again 😁

@@Soumyadeep3000 omg, i did not take into account that it being a leap year might be the cause of the problem. It's only less than 30 minutes until February 29 ends here from where I'm from so I'll come back here again to update if it works again. Thank you so much!

I have connected my phone with Dizo watch 2 sports but after disconnecting, my phone is taking sometimes ( 30 seconds + ) to reconnect with watch... Why it's happening ?

@@prasunmanna1390 no it's not an issue if you turn of the automatic HR monitor option than it will save your battery as well as sensors will not light up
