Hi Geoff, Globally, Paccar sold 185,300 vehicles in 2024, representing a 9.3% decline from the 204,200 trucks sold in 2023. But DAF is still the market leader in the United Kingdom (27.1%) and the Netherlands (28.9%). I'm very fortunate to be able to work on one brand independently and never in a million years did i think we would be looking at taking on staff and a workshop.
Hi buddy, thanks fo watching . Yes it's the data table you want, the components are the faulty parts, but they are good in your new one if you get what I mean 👍😎
@@TRUCKTECHUKAhhh wish I didn’t throw the faulty ECU away now 😅 your videos have literally helped me so much, coming from Volvo & Renault background to now working on mixed fleet (predominantly DAF) you’ve saved me more times than you’ll ever know my friend. Thank you!
@davebroster8930 once I'd tested the wiring I was convinced it was the SAC, i was planning to spend as little time in that puddle as possible so whipped the whole lot off, I could have just plugged the donor unit in after I had no communication but then think how short the video would have been ha ha ha
great work Russ as usual glad to see your keeping busy 👍👍

As you do only Donald A Foden (DAF) trucks, what percentage of the truck market are they now under Paccar

I have never done a SAC unit lol,I have seen others do them though lol
Ha ha ha yet again you have witnessed another person lol it's because all you do is camshafts lol
Why does your display look different to mine? Mines only 9 months old, or is it due to being a different truck?
What's different about yours buddy?
If I have a fault with an old APU, for example an internal pressure sensor fault, can I still use the faulty APU as my donor to program a new one?

If you suspected the sac, why would you not plug directly into the donor interface rather then fit the new one first? No critisism, just wonder 😂
