Considering how expensive your boilers are shouldn't this valve be fitted anyway? I just hate the way that businesses are going to take a bit more cash from customers after a already expensive purchase.

Hi Karl, we do have boiler models which already have this accessory installed and this can be discussed further with the installer who is fitting the boiler. This is simply an additional feature as an option for customers who have got a filling key or hosepipe and would prefer something easier

Can you do another video please showing either a) how to get the lever to work - because it doesn't or b) how to remove the thing and go back to a method that works?

Your right MrSpider1234567890, he does close the isolation valves at the end of the video, I logged on to comment but you beat me to it. I watched it three times as I thought I was going mad!

Yes, it's the same bit of footage shown twice, close the valves at the beginning of the job and then close them again at the end:)

I've up sold customer to buy these links and I have 2 out of 5 that don't work and only been used twice. One of these is at my fathers house and I have to foot the bill.
Edit: There's a tiny plastic filter in there that gets blocked up. A bit of descaler cleared it out and it's working again.

How do I repressurise this boiler without the new valve? You say it makes it easier, but if I don't wish to buy it is there another way?

The other option is to have a pipe with a valve somewhere else in the system that connects the mains water supply with either the flow or return pipes of the heating system. (That's all this product is doing.) The connecting pipe MUST have a valve so that you aren't constantly pushing mains water into your heating system. To fill up you then just open the valve until the pressure is correct then close the valve. Any existing combi boiler must have either the boiler link or a pipe link fitted somewhere otherwise it would never have been filled up.

Yeah ok we can all see how the keyless link is fitted, how about showing how to replace keyed filling loop before fitting the new keyless link
