I started doing physical activity, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, not canned foods or sausages, taking care of my skin, my weight, etc. I also read self-help books that Help me improve as a person. I learned to let go of what hurt me, be tolerant and love myself. My greatest motivation is my son who now follows in my footsteps. Everything is possible if we have discipline.🎉❤
I’m 31 years old. Over the past two years I’ve changed my life. With hard work, dedication and focus. I began exercising everyday and waking up early and making my bed. It wasn’t fun every day. I'm 29 years old, turning 30 this year. It's never too late to start changing your life. Eating well, sleep/recovery, and exercise are very important. When I did everything except ate well, I still noticed a feeling of fatigue and laziness. Changed my eating habits, and suddenly, I don't feel like that anymore. I thank God every day for waking up and having a wife that I love and loves me back
I'm 65 years old, I've got maybe on average 20 more years to live. But when you're in your 20's or 30's you've got the rest of your life, please don't waste it. I've got too many would've, could've and should'ves in my life. Anything worthwhile in life takes effort and if you don't put forth the work and effort you will not have it. I look back on my life and have so many regrets, don't be like me.
I agree sitting here drinking not sleeping wasting my life away 😢so sad just because I like to drink and I like the pain that comes along with it I can’t even fine the energy to go and supply my girl with some of all things romance it’s so sad I must really like this pain cause somebody’s freaking her out and I know how freaky she can get. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I'm up between 4 and 6am daily.I let my dogs out and my cat in and have a couple of cups of tea. I get my running gear on usually when its still dark and head out the door for a 10 to 15 kilometre fasted run. I'm 57 I've been happily married for 37 years and raised 6 kids. I took up running at 40 after quitting smoking (a habit from aged 13). I now run marathons (36)and Ultra marathons. (8) I started with half marathons (31). My mum died at 57 from smoking related illnesses. You can do anything if you set your mind to it. A little self discipline goes a long way.

38 years old, last week I just graduated with my Bachelor’s degree. It took me 20 years exactly to get to this point. I took the long way, the harder way. My oldest child graduated with her bachelor’s degree a month ago. I’m so proud of her. I was used to that being my goal so now I have to plan out new goals. I have the opportunity to be and do whatever I want at this point. It feels like a new start! I guess I need to discover who I am now and what do I want to do with my degree. How can I help the earth, I wonder?

38 years old, last week I just graduated with my Bachelor’s degree. It took me 20 years exactly to get to this point. I took the long way, the harder way. My oldest child graduated with her bachelor’s degree a month ago. I’m so proud of her. I was used to that being my goal so now I have to plan out new goals. I have the opportunity to be and do whatever I want at this point. It feels like a new start! I guess I need to discover who I am now and what do I want to do with my degree. How can I help the earth, I wonder?
