Yes. Go Canada. It's been close to 40 years since I've been to that part of the world, but it's been etched in my mind. These creatures will only add to an already stunning environment.
the pair of mom n calf both looked excited to see and feel the water
Beautiful wild. Congratulations since México.
Nice to see buffalo being retroduced to Banff National Park.
Heartening to see humanity undoing the damage historically inflicted on nature's species. God bless!
Fabulous. Thank you so much !
Wow beautiful sight and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens!
I agree. A very exciting and important re-introduction. Liked the video as well, except the weird colour balance shift at 2 min. mark.
Extremely Outstanding graphics....Gorgeous beautiful animals....Great job!!!🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🖐🏽🖐🏽
Beautiful! Doing God's work!
There is hope for us ! great work!
That river looks clean enough to drink out of.
Great job Parks Canada!
Luv it...you make my heart soar...new home
Clearly these big herbivores would keep grassland from turning into thicket and woodland.
Saw one of these critters on Divide pass (Clearwater Side) last September long weekend. It looked much more comfortable in the snowstorm than we were.
Wow great job guys!
awww look at da liddle buffalo!
Magnifico.-
The Eastern slopes and foothills may also get bison.....
Containing them is only one of the issues.....
Nice!
Sasquatch and dogman are gonna love em😋
exciting
so theyre bringing them in with the goal of having them be wild and self sustaining, instead of domesticated bison?
Thank you Gabbyb. More information is available on our website www.pc.gc.ca/en/pn-np/ab/banff/info/gestion-management/bison
👍🏻👍🏻
👍🏻👍🏻👱♀️
That's nice but just down the street the restaurants serve bison burger .
how's it going now?
Hi there! You can follow updates on the Banff National Park bison herd here: www.pc.gc.ca/en/pn-np/ab/banff/info/gestion-management/bison/blog.
So how much will Canada charge for a license to hunt these gorgeous creatures?
They shouldn't hunt em anymore. They were near extinction only 130 years. I mean from 60 milion animals They were only 485 bison left. They roamed whole North American continent.
How many are left ? or are they just feeding the wolves like they did with the caibou ?
Wonderful to see them back in the landscape they belong to.💖
Thanks for watching!
