I'm like a ninja when it comes to cleaning. I'm always staying organized and clean. I'm trying to teach my kids that to. I agree with you on stretching. I spent most of my life working physical jobs, so stretching has helped me prevent injuries. Plus, I'm tall so my lower back always gets tight.

We all make a mess. Some leave a trail and decide to get around to it later. I prefer to take care of it immediately. I'd rather clean a small mess for a few minutes, then wait all week to spend hours cleaning. Having designated places to put stuff consistently. Folding or hanging clothes when you're not wearing them. Cleaning up a mess right after eating. Putting dirty clothes in the dirty clothes basket instead of being left on the floor. Let the cleaning chemicals work. Let them sit a few minutes before wiping it up. Keep at least 15 white wash cloths to clean with that can be bleached when dirty. Either clean your dishes right after use, or rinse all of the food off entirety so that it's not a big funky mess when you clean later. And soak them to. Makes it easier ..Don't be afraid to go big with cleaning supplies. A wide dust mop. A strong vacuum. Have a medium strength scrub brush attachment to a broom stick and that will make cleaning a shower a breeze. After a shower, spray it all down with cleaning chemicals, soak, and brush off. Takes 3 minutes......small problems become big problems when left unattended to.
I have adhd and dishes are my biggest ick! So I’ve made it a habit to scrape the food bits off and rinse 🚿 if I’m going to place it in the sink makes it so much less gross ! And sometimes that’s enough to get me to like finish washing them. The scrape and rinse combo 😗👌🏾 12:43

Those wash white wash clothes get used a lot in my apartment. I use those on my floors with my swiffer sweeper to.
