@ddoiflame i'm so in luv with them after their 1st test performing to Love 119, me as a BRIIZE they did justice to the song, the mentors also said wang kun's stage presence was really gud, and of coz xilong with the high notes was really amazing. And now i juz remember I saw wang kun before Starlight Boys, so last year he joined a survival show name Asia super young, his 1st test he performed the Greatest Showman with another contestant, the performance was amazing. And he improved a lot for his kpop boy group dance throughout this 1 year, since he learned musical and chinese dance so he never really learn kpop dances. Yes both of them needs to debut, I vote for them everyday, xilong is in top 9, wangkun is 16th, so he needs to rise.

This is the first time I'm watching a survival show which has mostly real talent, already talented and cool guys. I mean most of them are very good and talented unlike other survival shows where trainees only survives depending on looks or others. I see so many unprofessional trainees in survival shows but in this show almost everyone is very professional and I love that. Btw vote for Pentor💕✊

Iqiyi's Youth With You was so high budget bc it was shot in China with a Chinese studio and producer, kinda disappointed with Starlight Boy's set and stages so far but its understandable since it's filmed with a korean studio.
Wait, is the Korean and international vote not weighed equally? I know Mnet for Boys Planet made it unequal, but I didn't see any mention of that for iQiYi and Starlight Boys. One thing I noticed with YWY2, YWY3, and other Chinese-produced survival shows was that they focused more on the positive/friendship side of things and did less evil editing (of course, differences of screen time were very present, but the biases were usually positive biases and not negative). Of course, given how awful episode 2 is, I have no idea what to expect with Starlight Boys.
Honestly It would be best if the show gets canceled because at this point it is straight up bullying I mean the judges, the producers and the higher ups acting so apathetic towards the clearly struggling contestants is hard to watch. And don’t start off with it is their job😒 the poor kids were hyperventilating and crying on the floor and everyone was like "yeah that is your job". The judges should have objected it. They could have withdrawn from the show but instead they are acting all high and mighty. It's not like saying no to this show would have dented their bank accounts significantly. All of them are established figures. It is a shit show and a train wreck don’t give this bs show views😑
