Dean is Castiel's kryptonite.
Because around everyone else, Cas is one badass angel of the lord, but around Dean, Cas is just an awkward huggable carebear who moonlights as a whimpering, quivering mess.
Also, after the whole "humanity" crap with Metatron, I figure the soundtrack of 'City of Angels' would be appropriate for my 9x22 feelings.

Yeah I actually agree with you. I would die to see them kiss, but to have sex? No. That wouldn't be so realistic. I'm sure it would be hot as hell, but that just isn't what Destiel is to me. I believe, and hope, that they will share a moment with a kiss, a tight long hug or a hand hold. That would be more than enough for me.

If you really look for it, at 2:40 it looks like Castiel is aggressively telling Dean "I love you"
Of course we know that's not the actual script, but its still fun to pretend
But what's written in the script, and what he's saying at this moment is "I GAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU", which is obviously a lot more meaningful than just a simple "I love you".
So you don't really have to pretend (unless your goal in pretending is to reduce the statement made)

i'm seriously freaking out because the other day (the song is called Iris btw) I remembered the song from a couple years ago and I listened to it again and realized how much I loved it, and while I was listening to it, I thought of Destiel and almost cried, and then on tumblr today, I found a post with lyrics from the song and a bunch of pictures of Dean and Cas and I started freaking out, like, I don't think it's a coincidence, coincidences don't just happen coincidentally.
THIS. This is the song! This is THE Dean and Cas song, its SOO freaking beautiful, as soon as I heard familiar first cords of the guitar, it struck me that this has been the most perfect Castiel song all along!

I love how whether you ship Destiel romantically, platonically, or sexually, this video is just so perfect in every way! Also I'm totally not crying...

*gross ugly sobbing* Seriously, it's canon now. At least on Cas's side. "Cas is in love with Dean" is as much canon as "Dean's favorite food is pie." The finale both broke me and made me insanely happy at the same time, for that reason alone. :P I am dying to see how they interact next season. This video is wonderful and heart-wrenching, beautifully done!
Misha has said that in an episode (i forgot which season) Castiel told Dean he loves him, but it didnt make final cut, sadly.

At 0:33, see Castiel's lips quiver a bit. That is just pure heart-wrenching. Cas just really loves Dean, so much that he's in verge of tears just by trying to get Dean's trust. Damn feels.

I love this. Angels have a very hard time feeling emotion. And yet Castiel broke that piece of him. He rebelled from Heaven and fell for humanity, all because Dean taught him how. I love Destiel and I really hope they make it canon soon. They've made it all too easy to make that smooth change. Dean is debate-ably bi, and their bond it way too obvious. Do you hear me, Jeremy Carver and Robert Signer?? MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

The perfect song for them and you edited this beautifully. I find it so poignant that Cas has always put Dean first, always been his protector when Dean has spent his entire life living that role with no one to do it for him. Well, now there is. Magnificent vid.

I don't ship Destiel romantically. I DO ship Dean and Castiel in terms of thinking they have an awesome, unbreakable bond (I just don't think it's sexual). This video is actually just really beautiful, whether you ship Destiel as a sexual, romantic relationship or whether you really just like the bromance.
