    I love the way the guest speaker spoke. He spoke very clearly, very logically, very consideredly. Amazing economy of words. Very good intonation. Very listenable. I like listening to him very much.
    May I request that PLB speakers speak the same way please 🙏🙏
    I think the only few people who spoke clearly in PLB are the young lady (who sold cupcakes in the past), and to some extent, the guy sitting on the right of Melvin, sitting furthest away from the guest speaker.

    So if BTOs are built such that demand exceed supply, asset appreciation can be perpetual? I think i deserve a nobel prize for asset appreciation 😅! 😅

    Will there any cost incur to the home owners, if the en-bloc failed and doesn't get through?

      Hey Boon Liang!
      In terms of costs during enbloc, it’s largely administrative. During Enbloc, the costs are usually catered for from the sinking funds of the MCST. Residents dont really need to fork out additional costs unless there's inadequate funds in the above account. :)

    Given the expert view that sg is rock solid stable uncrashable property market for now, i think ABSD will not be effective at all to the tw, china billionaires😅

    I think given singaporeans wealth, COE must at least be 500k 😅 with a 10 year depreciation to absolute $0. I would recommend ABSD at 99%
