2012 MOTB - Some guys just can't follow directions

We had over 40 total dune buggies on the beach at one time, crusing up near Corolla on the OBX, NC during the 2nd annual Manx on the Banx. The event coordinator laid out specific rules and guidelines on how we were to conduct ourselves as a group, both for reasons of safety and in order to respect others that may be on the beach at the same time. As you can imagine, there is always one dude that feels like he is above everyone else. It's really a shame, actually; spectators that saw him cutting up will associate his lack of self-control with our group as a whole. The Sheriff's Dept ended up having to pull him over based on his erratic driving and behavior. Video by Gary David Holbrook
