Loved these characters since: Sam: Where can be put this bomb so it doesn't hurt anybody we know or care about? Max: Throw it out the window, nothing but strangers out there. Grabbed these on the ps3 back in the day so maybe i'll give them another spin. They still hold up. QOTD, The old umbrella of Lucasarts point and click games.
Hopefully you're feeling better. I know I've enjoyed the previous ones when I checked them out, so I'm willing to check this out too. As for the question, I'm going have to go with the Leisure Suit Larry games. The Dev Al Lowe just cracks me up with those games. 😂🤣
Hope you get feeling better and much less defunct soon. Favorite point and click? I'm drawing a blank on what my choice would be, so will just mention that yesterday I started Jane Jensen's "Grey Matter" for the first time, which appears to have an interesting illusionist magic trick system combined with traditional point and click.
Fav is Sam and Max, the original. It was a formative experience when I was a kid, and I have bought every game they've come with since. And now that I was reminded the remakes are out, I will definitely buy them too!
The original is great and I like that it's still readily available on PC (at a good price). Would be cool to see it come to consoles, completing the entire series for PlayStation and Switch players.
I don't really have any control over the ads that play in front of my reviews. I always hope that they are related to games (or at least entertainment), but I'm not hand-picking them. My contribution here is the Sam & Max review, which I consider to be non-political.

Oh, I hope there was nobody on that bus...
No-one that *we* know atleast!

I'm looking forward to you reviewing Bakeru, if you eventually do. The demo was great and it feels like a throwback to the GameCube days.
I used to love the Space Quest games and does anyone remember Rex Nebular and the Cosmic Gender Bender? And of course all the Lucasarts games.

... would it make me look bad to say leisure suit Larry?
What about Sam & Max Hit the road?
