Great to see and so refreshing this video especially that it is all women performing a karate kata, even in the background more karate females, fantastic that so many women such as me are studying a beautiful art form, to get fit stay fit, meet new friends and of course karate is an excellent form of self defence for today’s woman, all women should take up karate ! don’t you agree ? oss
