Ceramic dyed and metallized window tint decoded and explained

I put ceramic window tint to the best realistic test I could come up with. To prove what it can really do. It blocks heat. A lot of heat. I used good quality film for this. Recently my wife's car (new mini sedan) was tinted by the guy who does at the car Showroom
We were told it is 3M CR 70 but I had a suspicion. When tested IR rejection was 75% only although the film had 3M logo watermark. I suspect it is a fake from China. $150 for 4 window glasses and rear windshield.
Probably metallic as the touchscreen infotainment system operation with the IR remote got messed up.
Best way to check it is with a meter before installing.

how about gps or phone signal if i go with ceramic film all around? Will it affect the signal?

Ceramic will not block any GPS or phone signals at all. Safe choice
