Sir, please recommend a good book which we read and get a general understanding of Pakistan's political structure, how different institutions work, and general know how about the country. The book which provide beginners a general understanding on which we build up our knowledge.

You sir are very lucky to have 2 hours for reading everyday. Maybe you should just enjoy the books instead of becoming a fast reader or trying to finish them as soon as possible, that’s just how i think reading is supposed to be.
