What do students do if their stamina is low but their station is 15 minutes for read to self? If they can’t last that long what do they do to fill that time?
Hi Samantha! Great question. I have had students that struggle with stamina at first but that's why we build our stamina over time with the read to self stamina chart. I find having strong expectations and follow through during this time really helps and my former kindergartners did this really well. What grade do you teach?
