I actually completed this one in that particular way back in 00's. I used to love flying helicopters in GTA games and experimented a lot, especially when i couldnt do stuff in intended way.

Thats what came to my mind after not being able to complete the quest like 20 times or so, I remember that because i spend half a day Trying to beat that mission to no avail. Other thing i’d do is using amphibious car cheat to get to places or ambush enemies in later stages of the Game. To this day, VC and GTA IV are my favourite parts of the series

Yeah this mission was hard lol, me and my sister got stuck for a long while on this mission back in the day, I want to play the original i might have to buy a ps2, not really interested in the remake, it's pretty trash
