Hi Nirusha, i have couple of questions: 1. who is is the Coach and is he/she is our 1st point of contact or trainer?. 2. what are the benefits we get as a newbe?. 3. where to find portal for wellbeing subisidy to buy?. 4. when can we expect project allocation. shall we get a call from manager or from Coach or HR?.
1. First person will be buddy who will be helping all our doubts for the first 3 months. Soon after 1-2 weeks coach will get allocated , he is the person who will be helping on project allocation & he will be the person collecting all the info from the managers about the performance of employee. 2. Just a welcome kit & wellbeing amount nothing else. 3. You can find in Talend on Demand portal 4. Its totally based on requirement- some may get allocated within few days to 1 month. RM will cascade the profile to projects. Mangers/leads are the persons who will be contacting for project allocation
@@lokeshanc staffit is totally related to project allocation. As per the CR, that many Hrs will be tagged to project. We need to comply with DTE and staffit , if not we need to justify why we are accessing more hrs than allocation.
Hi, can we go 8 days a month instead of weekly..like in a stretch. becaus that would be satisfying condition of 2 days /week also Ate there anyone doing like thiss
That is based upon the project. Each project will have separate mandatory days. We need to attend those days mandatorily. There is no option to go 8 days a month. They are slowly training the employees to attend the office 3 days a week.
This program is designed to equip new campus hires with essential technical & professional skills over a 12 week period. To access the knowledge & skills acquired by new hires at various stages of the training program
My application status on Deloitte portal is offer in progress, hr and pht survey is done can you tell me what would be the next process and when I will get offer letter??
PHT Survey --> HR Call(Pkg Discussion) --> After 2 days I got the offer Letter. I have done full video about by offer in Deloitte. You can watch there.

Can we get work from home Projects in Deloitte by any chance?
As of now i have seen hybrid model projects but there will be some projects get WFH with less probability.
