As a local I actually might make use of the first two tips. Macrons that look better than from Paul and a rubber duck store, why not. But the restaurant prices are a scam, the weed shops are inpropriate and the souvenirs aren't even Czech sometimes - which is where your tip comes in handy, that's a good store.
Love your videos of my favorite city! Good advice not to eat in the restaurants in the Karlova street. Not only are the prices too high, the quality of the food isn't very good. The cannabis shops are a joke. Nothing they sell will get you high. You'll have to go to Amsterdam for the real stuff. (I live in the Netherlands, so I know!) The Karlova street is the main tourist drag primarily because it goes between the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. it's a fascinating walk, and there's plenty to see, especially the beautiful Baroque architecture. If you buy a few souvenirs, make sure they're made by Czech artisans. Don't buy anything at those mini-markets. As your video shows they're a terrible rip-off. Watch out for scammers - never change money on the street! Guided tours of the Klementinum library are often fully booked.
I do feel Karlova street gets worse each year. I do hope somthing happens to improve the street before it gets too lost. I am glad the architecture is still maintained which is the main attraction. I was lucky to visit Klementinum before Prague got too busy again
Thank you Nash and Teresa. Excellent, as always. Good job 👍💯💯💯🔥🔥💋♥️
Our pleasure Lenka! 🤗
