This is a chocolate version of soft and moist almond cake. It is gluten free, grain free and delicious.
Easy Chocolate Almond Loaf Cake /Gluten Free Grain Free /Healthy and Tasty
(Baking Pan: 8-inch X 4-inch (20cm X 10cm)
Ingredients:
¾ cup (170g) plain Greek yogurt
3 eggs at room temperature
¼ cup (60g) grape seed oil, vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp (4ml) vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups (175g) almond flour
¼ cup (25g) unsweetened cacao powder
¼ cup (60g) sugar
2 tsp (8g) baking powder (aluminum free)
¼ tsp (1g) salt
(350F/180C) Bake 35-40 minutes
