Now we own a house in FL. Two stories, 2 car garage, lake view, guarded gate. I have a pool, spa, firepit. Its almost 3500 sg ft. My mortage is 2500 a month.

The shower was not in the apartment, but down the hall and shared by the tenants of the building. The only advantage of the building was that I was near the subway and also close to everything I wanted
