Monte Horeb Barrio Walking Tour Leon Nicaragua 🇳🇮
Вставка
- Опубліковано 9 лют 2025
- Today we are doing another walk through a remote community on the south side of the city of León, Nicaragua: the Comunidad Monte Horeb. This is a tiny community with the Sutiava water treatment facility and just a small figure eight in an area full of fields.

Another great stroll 😊
thanks
I absolutely love these barrio walks brother!!! I just googled it's 96 degrees hot today in Sutiaba!
Thanks. And yeah, it was super warm.
Scott, I have come to Nicaragua several times over the last two years and love it. I have spent time in Granada, Matagalpa and a few other areas with the hope of finding the right area to live in. I have done a lot of research and have followed all of your valuable advise as well. Although, I am not one to get caught up in bs or gossip and have not seem much evidence of this on line, do you feel it is still safe (w/o risk of government taking your land or home) to purchase a home or property? I would rent for a year before deciding and do my due diligence with an attorney as well. Also, I am sure the values of property will come down due to the large number of Nicaraguans that have come to the US with the Parole work Visa. I was shocked to see how quiet/empty Granada was a couple of months ago. I asked a local Nica friend and she stated that so many people have left for the US for two years to work. Curious to hear your thoughts. Thanks Mike :)
property values can't possibly come down. it's at the historic low. there's no down to go to.
I wonder if you are showing us el Viejo Leon...
I have been walking in Leon for days... and all the roads are paved!
LOL, you've not seen very much of Leon then!
