Hey, my friends and I have had the same problem where our saved custom games settings were all messed up. Our perks weren't working and sometimes the mini map wouldn't show up. And dog tags were randomly on, too, when we were just trying to FFA snipe.
The settings are glitched it has been like it since the update you have to make your own game mode that's why no perks were working

there is a glitch where if you use pre settings it glitches and no mini map and perks. you have to do it manually
mboze, you cant use old saved settings anymore, they messed up with update and if you used any of your old selfmade custom game modes it will f up perks and attachments, to fix you have to remake another custom gamemode and save it

What's happened to custom games? Perks ain't been enabled and neither are killcams even though the settings say so

Yeah I realized that glitch I just restarted every rule from scratch and perks , started up a original S&D and just did all the rules again and it works perfectly fine now

there is a custom game glitch with perks. my scavenger perk is going on its 3rd week of not working. also you have to ban or protect in the beginning weather u want to or not. no matter what game mode or rules.

You can't use preset game modes. when ever you want to play a variant you have to remake the rules every time now. it's a bug in the game.
