@@elycastle3048 Yeah but China had already made statements UNCLOS does not apply to the 9 dashed line. The 9 dashed line was 30 years earlier than UnCLOS. It is historical boundry. If Philippne has concerns about it， send warships not words.

Bilateral ties took a downturn when the Philippine government filed an arbitration case against China under the United Na-tional Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) in January 2013 challenging the legality of China’s nine-dash line claim over the contested waters.

After WW2, there was no surrender document or treaty that says Japan or The Allied Forces had given the rights to the entire South China Sea, including Taiwan and the Spratly islands to the PRC. No such document. It doesn't exist. And if you say in it's the Cairo Declaration, as many from your side of the world say, forget it. The PRC was neither mentioned nor a party to that treaty. Even the 1951 Treaty of San Francisco doesn't say anything about giving the Spratly or the entire South China Sea to China. It only says that Japan had renounced all rights, title and claim to the Spratly islands. That's all. No mention about China. And the treaty was between Japan and The Allied Forces.
If vietnam can stand without china, why phils cant declare boycott on trade relation to china, or total band of all chinese products inter into the phil territories

We the filipino don't want any conflict with any country, it is just unfortunate that our leader has a different approach towards foreign policy. Instead of pushing through diplomatic ways on solving the issues involving the west philippine sea our leader seemed to be showing force against china with the help of the americans. We know the americans that is why our former president Rodrigo Roa DUterte does not want any american military base here in our country. Again we are very unfortunate we had a leader making the issues worst in may ways. He has the control of media that is spreading more hate against china that is mind conditioning it seems to me.
