A Night Routine that lasts til Midnight | Silent Vlog #74
📌 CRISPY PORK BELLY RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Pork Belly
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (optional)
Dried Rosemary leaves (optional)
Cooking Oil
1. Marinate the pork belly in salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary for an hour or more (depending on how large your pork is)
2. Preheat oven at 325 F.
3. Transfer your pork to a baking dish covered with aluminum foil.
4. Cook in the oven for 30minutes. Remove the foil cover and cook for another 30 minutes, or until the inside meat is fully cooked.
5. Heat oil in a pan until smoking hot.
6. Place the pork on top of a draining tray and pour the heated oil on the pork until the skin is crispy.
7. Chop and enjoy!
