Dave what temp did you use? Did you use a lot of diesel? Did you use hypo or did the hot or steam get the lichen off? Was it a lot different compared with using cold water?
I had the heater set around 100 degrees C and used 25 litres od Diesel. I didn't use Hypo as we only had a day to do the entire job so didn't have time. The hot water seemed to make a massive difference.
That is polishing a turd, completely needs new slabs and road laying, never gonna look great considering it's age but they need to invest as that place looking shite
