Thanks for having me Dave. Like you say, we worked with what we had. Very short notice and very tight timeframe. A full chemical treatment would have made the world of difference but the customer gets what the customer wants 🤷♂️.

Dave what temp did you use? Did you use a lot of diesel? Did you use hypo or did the hot or steam get the lichen off? Was it a lot different compared with using cold water?
I had the heater set around 100 degrees C and used 25 litres od Diesel. I didn't use Hypo as we only had a day to do the entire job so didn't have time. The hot water seemed to make a massive difference.
