The only way is to go verticle. Cost per sq. Feet here is more than 1 lakh rupees.

Idiot Nehru chose Maoist China and Soviet Russia. The results are now there for everyone to see. And millions still vote for the family that literally ruined the destiny of the nation. And now, we have dozens of clones of that family - each out to build their regional empire and keep the nation from achieving its true potential.

Not everyone likes ultramodern spaces, Mumbaikar have lot of ultramodern spaces, we like 90 vibe and malabar is just that.
Plus mumbai is 27% mumbaikars/maharashtrian and 73% outsiders, i think if you take the majority load of a country with no land available to expand this is bound to happen.
