What is location of fibroid.
This is large. Pregnancy will continue. But there may be pressure effects if it is in fundal region and discomfort and pain that u can face.

Pregnancy will continue but it can be painful. There may be necrosis or other problems. but usually not harm to pregnancy.

@xoxoxoxo-uu1hh if there is complications, like necrosis etc ,
There may be surgery during pregnancy, but only in emergency.
Hopefully pain will be some controllable after 5 months of pregnancy , GOD has given females very strength , much more than men. Only major thing is to relax , and follow as yr Gynecologist recommended.
