Thank you for comments and queries. Some of the answers I know. Carpet area approx- 1bhk- 320 sqft 2bhk- 480 sqft 3bhk- 690 sqft Current rate around 5000/sqft Maintenance charge- 1bhk 900/month, other more than 1500. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong. Any reply most welcome.
No advertisement done on phase 7 separately, phase 7 allocation done on the applicant who are not received allocation on phase 6 and also who willing to participate on lottery after given concent on enhaned price offered by Bshdcl ie for 1bhk one lakh extra and 3 bhk 3 lakh extra with GST approx,not exact fig ,it is from my mind .I am an allote of pH 7
