The cass review was carried out over 4 years by multi talented professionals how could ignorant semi literate home schooled politicians even begin to claim the report is wrong or that they even understand it.
Prior to Cass, of course, there was the disastrous Gender Recognition Reform Bill and the mooted Gay Conversion Practices Bill (which would have/will make *opposition to* gay conversion practices a crime). The SNP enthusiastically backed every one of these failed policies, so it's difficult to unpack whether they would still have seen the light of day without Bute. And let's not forget that Scottish Labour cheered for them, too.

If she won her seat on the list vote recently it doesn't matter it is very much democratic it a larger region and it means people votes are not wasted. Compared to what I think your on about is in a constituency which is a far smaller region and is difficult to win as it is simply plurality meaning it heavily favour larger parties that have large vote that is isolated. Compared with small parties their vote will be spread across a larger area. Scotland still has more seat for fptp than regional list.

No. 'Collapsed' is the correct term for what has happened. In a Westminster-style parliament, when an agreement about allocations of ministries which formed a government has broken down, and ministers are no longer willing to cooperate with each other, the expression for that is the 'government has collapsed.'
What happens next is that the First Minister must recommend a new allocation of ministries to the King, who will agree to that. There will then be a Vote of Confidence in the new government by the parliament. The outcome of that is not clear. If ALL non-SNP MSPs vote against that a new election would be held soon. My bet would be that the SNP will stay on as a minority government until 2026.
