I’m a tantric Buddhist yogi in the Anuyoga stage, with training under a powerful “white” magician in hermetic science and magick. Having read some of Bailey and others-before I had a chance to delve deeply into them, started experiencing all sorts of visions, closed-eyed and open-eyed, deep into my ngondro sadhana practice, along with Mahamudra shamatha and vipassana practice. The magick I witnessed was infinitely greater than the dark, low-vibrational, lower astral beings that would follow. I needed answers that traditional Buddhism didn’t offer. I started hearing animals. Insects started speaking to me. Spirits did too. They became domineering and at the same time, helpful when teachers would work through these spirits to help them communicate with me in a beneficial manner. The experiences created deep experiences of death and compassion, but also disgust, fear, paranoia, confusion, existential chaos, in other words. Just wished to share my experiences too.
@@bpolovich9398 Sure. Many of the things Daniel described in the interview regarding magick battles on the astral plane are accurate and very similar to mine and my group of white magicians (good ones). Dark Brotherhood, as we call them, are behind much of the dark magick and Satanic practices today. They use thought projections, form projections, and dream manipulation to distract the good magicians. These include: seeing mean ghosts/spirits, speaking with them on a conversational basis, horrifying dreams, amorphous entities that look like half-animal/half-human, aliens, reverted regressive logic, demons speaking with me, taunting me, using friendly words to get me to let my guard down, distortions of the truth, flying in front of me, threatening to haunt my dreams, putting family members against each other through thought suggestion when other methods don’t work, using children’s voices to disguise themselves, saying very chilling things that would make your soul shutter (one time, recently, a demon showed itself in a vision and it was curled up on a corner, the size of a small child no more than 2-feet tall, black, hideous, disturbing-think of The Exorcist-that’s how they sound, while sweating and cursing and using the most disgusting language and insults to lure you into a fight, threatening telepathically verbally family members, especially my daughter). Another instance is where a shaman conjured up local North American Native spirits from my dad’s woods, where they would keep me up all night for days, pretending to invite themselves in as family, only to mess with my head, gain vital information about me, my family, and the shaman controlling them would vicariously work through them and speak to me; one time, they told me that if I don’t leave their land, their demon will kill me, in which he ran straight through my chest as a black energy and I felt pain and fell unconscious (they did this four times, each time, I wound up on the ground unconscious). They would tell me that my vaporizer was a black magic tool and tell me to show them my hands and to take the vaporizer out of my “back pocket”. Another time, Jinn came and spoke with me and told me that not all of them are bad, but only some of them are angry. They said that they are like people but strong, but don’t like that they were cursed by Allah, and they don’t like being alive, but are reticent to engage with humans because we scare them and make them angry. They say their job is to clean up messes and so they are found in remote places and very messy buildings. They asked me to bury a Islamic religious object I had on me and I did and they went away to Saudi Arabia…another time a Viking warlord demigod and his puppet cling-on genii Mandy would attack me, control me, try to seduce me romantically, and many other dark tactics. I fought with him and casted him off my land and house for good. All these things are illusory magical beings that do t actually exist. Fighting includes suits of armpit, riding dragons, projecting yourself as very tall, wands of fire, electricity, and light rays for specific purposes, as well as many other tactics to defend yourself or go on the offensive, as Daniel says. It’s like fantasy land where anything is possible.

Daniel is my dharma brother, so it's great to hear him go into more detail on his magickal practices and especially in the context of the insight stages. I had the pleasure of joining him for a few days on the "Fire Kasina Retreat" here in Scotland, and we had some great conversations about this stuff. By the way, I recommended your interview with Ian Baker to someone on the Dharma Overground who was asking about Tibetan practices, and also bought Ian's book based on your interview. Outstanding work as always!
@therainman777 Yes, the occult and magickal practices ARE real things. The manipulation of mental ability to do work can induce altered states of consciousness or even direct external forces on subtle levels.
Let’s get it on ! Style vs style enochan vs goetic ! Who’s the new BJJ of the occult world ? Wiccan knot tying vs native shamanism !!! Let’s get it ON!!!
If your looking to fight you'll always stay in the astral planes and never reach the mental planes. On the mental planes you can only defend not attack. Once you build up your abilities if you abuse or misuse them you'll lose the ability and go back to the astrals. The astral is a trap. The lower astral is known as hell. The upper astral known as heaven. You want to go past there to the mental planes which has several levels.

For sure my favorite interview so far! And that is saying a lot, since I everything I have seen so far I found amazing and inspiring. I love how recognizable Daniel Ingrams style of magic is in levels of ethics and with the open attitude towards all magical traditions. Cant wait for part II of this magical exploration! ✨❤️✨
As a LHP the triangles, circles and rituals are not in my experience necessary to deal with so called demonic entities. What is necessary is a real and completely focused desire to contact and commune with these entities. Even then if you are not destined or "chosen" to interact with these entities you will most likely experience every little success. If demonic magick is gonna work for you it will most likely work without much effort or adherence to traditional evocation/invocation techniques cause they where waiting for you to commune with them - you are as I am a member of their kingdom. Great presentation guys thank you for posting
Definitely agree, in some demonolatry books I've read actually going in with protective circles and the like can make the entity feel disrespected. Which gives it more reason to produce a negative experience either then or later at unspecified time and date. You are trying to build a rapport of mutual respect and understanding not build relationship based on disrespect, submission and protection of retaliation there of. Even as humans we know that any relationship or mentorship built on those elements will cause negative outcomes.
Cultivate compassion and work respectively with spirits of all kinds and they will respect the light, or at least see that you are powerful and peaceful and they will generally listen to you and answer your questions if you politely speak with them as if they were physically embodied. They taught me books worth of knowledge of the intermediate state simply through this method. Belief, faith, intention, willpower, and passion have been the most helpful practices, along with Buddhist foundations in tantric practices. But all of these traditional invocational methods were not successful unless you had that karma you shared with these beings. If you don’t share karma on a direct level, it’s difficult to say if any invocation will work.
If you don’t disrespect their space and time, and politely ask them with confidence, they will gladly or reluctantly help. This is ethically fine if it is for compassionate purposes.
@@KarmaTSVb you seriously believe demonic forces are compassionate or want to help? how did you guys become delirious like this. They are antihuman forces that want to destroy and corrupt humans.

Your whole dream battle saga highlights why these arts should be shrouded in an ethical tradition and framework such as the Buddha dharma, with its ahimsa and bodhicitta, etc. where one fist kills one's own ego and cultivates the strong motivation to abandon harming and always only work to benefit others. Your Fantasia warlock battles are heavy karmic drains and minefields dangerous to confused and selfish transmigrators, sending them to the hells and depriving them of perfect human rebirths for countless eons. You point to some of that yourself but also should acknowledge plainly that you yourself choose to create and strengthen monsters among us. Thanks for that, doctor.
I've recently had to think about the breakers of taboos, and the implications. Regarding the spiritual consequences of these violations, I'm of the opinion that one's spirit follows one's actions in life. Chaos, it seems, is the spirit born of breaking taboos. In my youth, l was more lenient towards sinners. Now, having realized that setting boundaries is crucial for my own physical and mental health, I'm more intolerant , even to the point of drawing a line in the sand.
oh my god when he mentioned the king killer chronicles and Auri! I'm a huge fan of those books and yes Ingram was correct in saying Auri definitely has an intuitive personality.
I'll have to go to the end of the podcast .Arhats don't get angry, never. Dr. Leadbetter said to J. Khrisnamurti "at least you are an Arhat. "I am An Arhat free from greed" is what only They can say. Usually a Buddhist Master has to certify such.
I have dreams often where I'm bounding or flying as daniel described exactly. And I had a dream once where a sort of large black demonic wolf went from being a source of fear to a source of protection.
Isn’t it better to be aware of the energy containers of words, to identify thoughts, emotional triggers and recognise the darkness capabilities within all -rather than self-deny? Knowing we know this things, awards us the gratitude and allows us to love our enemy - which are merely facets of our collective selves 🙏

That was really satisfying. Really good interviewing. Damn good! Thank you to Daniel for being so forthcoming. I watched an interview recently by the lil pop squeak who recently wrote a John Dee Bio. and he was so coy!! He wouldn’t discuss anything interesting, Every time he was ass he just kept changing the subject and would set h back and forth between John Dee and Geo-politics or turn pedagogical and wet blanket and go into all the responsibility, readiness, and some other reasons I can’t remember, in a patronizing tone, of course. It’s like I’m many others including myself on here listening because. The sole or main reason is an interest in hearing more about that. I’m not a practitioner I’m just interesting in John Dee and Kelly’s Enochian adventure... Le sigh
Yeah this is very refreshing, especially from a atained practitioner of vipassana , usually its its avoided because suble body perception , or the transactionality withing its textural domain still is regarded a conditional state wich can be very colorful or trippy and thus more seductive even than our gross cavings and aversions.
Two beautifully wholesome, and individually adept souls, a wonderfully enjoyable time. Once , some disciple of Buddha claimed themselves to be "Arhant" , when asked about it , Buddha called those disciple and said that they haven't yet achieved the state of "Arhanthood" and told them to practice more. These stages in Buddhism are only given by previous generation masters who have already achieve these stages , in Buddhism self claimed enlightenment is not valid.

The specifics of getting past invocation or magick as a necessary tool (for those on a "wrathful" or "accelerated" path) is that you now have enough skill and experience at "belief" absorption to know that "simply" residing in your central channel and dissolving into emptiness will get any job done. Proper non magical practice has the extraordinary benefit of blending into society, the actual cessation of karma (they will teach you this technique only once you stop) and even physical, robust health if you learn it under specific Taoist supervision. Absorption without having emptiness as the default skill under pressure leads to terrible problems (in fact THE terrible problem in practice by all accounts) of "psychic addiction", the root cause of one slowly over lifetimes becoming a "demon", you won't even be able to see the havoc you create all around you as your psychic perception jumps from one thing to the next. Another way of putting it is that if have to "go out" for some purpose, you do not understand what pain is or how to deal with it skillfully. I used to be well down this road until I got it, it is very important that you do either get "cancelled" or better yet find a good teacher.
tantra includes some ' magical' aspects at energetic level. Not all Buddhist practitioners -especially theravadins- have an affinity for this and some repudiate it. Personally, I am open and receptive to it, but i believe it requires caution, i dont know Ingram work and i cant assess how valuable his contribution is. As to his claim he is an arhat, I am somewhat doubtful, based on the quality of his presence and speech, which is typical intellectual with some scientific background (and i dont mean this in a derogatory way), a little agitated, and focused on ideas and experiences---he does not communicate wisdom nor offers anything that nourishes the heart and spirit. He still might have meditative accomplishments, but he is a little worked up, and so far i have not heard him communicate anything useful or profound from a spiritual standpoint. he does not strike me as manipulative nor a liar, he may believe his claims.
Since I was 4 I was able to project. The fact that he's saying magic and seeing it from that point of view gives me a different perspective. He's putting words to the feelings I have. All he had to do was say magic!! Magic felt mocking in a way, but it's the connection between my "bound" mind and hesitant feelings.
Daniel, I'd be surprised if you hadn't heard, and even practiced, dream yoga; and so wrt the 'battles', was it a case of battling figments your own mind's imagination? Or were there actual other beings visiting you and attacking you in your dreams? Thanks and thanks also for the lovely interview 🙏
A lot of the confusion I’ve found is that some things are like a literary tool type anecdotes and then some are so very straightforward there isn’t a way to say it more literally and the distinction between the two has been has been flipped backwards more than you could imagine…and then a large percentage of both of those are very simply a way around subconscious limiters because we can convince ourselves that it is some recipe of action and ingredients that produce these things or the ability to interact with them rather than truly believing it’s an accessible ability we have It is all the mind ALL OF IT
Love the interview Guru! Daniel could I press a little on one of the questions? There seems to be a meaningful difference between the "magick" of social events/rituals, and the "magick" of summoning demons or developing clairvoyance etc. Accepting we are all magicians already does not seem to remove this previously formed barrier I think it would be helpful if you could help solidify the percieved difference for a typical non-magickally inclined mind so we can clearly see how arbitrary the distinction may be
When you say a "meaningful difference", you don't specify the particular difference you are talking about. I can imagine a number of them, but, before I go and answer some question you didn't ask through projecting my impressions on your question, can you articulate the practical distinction of relevance in more detail?

I have been using a Transcranial Direct Current device of my own making for about six years. It certainly has boosted my cognitive abilities. I use a basic small volume control to address controlling the intensity. As a side note, I would add that it seems to actually help with manifesting things. In other words, they say that your thoughts have power. In my case, I give more power to my thoughts. Whether it's related to the documented effect that thoughts seem to have at the Quantum level of reality or not, my attainment of things that I want to bring into my life seems to be related to the use of TCDS. Consider that possibility. Prayer, meditation, etc. all brought up to another level with the addition of more power...So, be careful what you wish for.
What makes a placebo effect somehow invalid in any way whatsoever ? EVERYTHING that works is due to placebo effect. And how does the mind just increase its own operating capacity by placebo in the first place? The question misses the mark entirely
@@davidjones8043 It's about TCDS having a definite real and reproducible effect related to how your brain functions vs. simply a placebo effect not related to particular neurobiological processes but a simple belief. If it's just a belief based placebo effect, you don't need to faff around with TDCS. You can find other enablers of your belief and related desired effects. My original comment wasn't worded in the best way. I think I should have said imaginary effect rather than placebo effect. You want to believe something so you imagine it exists, but it really doesn't. In the OP's case he could be simply imagining things that aren't simply there. Manifesting is a particularly hard phenomenon to pin down accurately. Things happen in your life. Why? Billion interconnected reasons. It is pretty easy to see imaginary reasons - like a face in the clouds the isn't really there, but we give it meaning. You are into manifesting and TDCS? Easy to imagine that it gives you "powers".
@@PeterKoperdan transcranial direct current stimulation is a western scientific concept though. With scientific legs to stand on. They even have a similar concept, only with an extremely powerfull magnet, in scientific labs. According to researchers they can place f.x someone with zero artistic talent in the lab, that can only draw stick figures. When they stimulate the the brain with the magnet the person can all of a sudden draw many, many times better. On the spot. And btw, I'm totally agnostic with regards to paranormal phenomenon like manifesting. Tcds can certanly change the frequency of a persons brainwaves, similar to binaural beats etc. It has research behind it.

It's unclear how real they believe this stuff is. Like are they thinking demons are mind created vs an autonomous creature. I was thinking it was a way of describing psychological states but now I'm thinking they're thinking it's literally real ...
Kasinas typically only refer to external objects, as far as I know. If you want a great practice using metta, I can't recommend enough that you practice the Four Immeasurables and also tonglen. Immensely powerful and beneficial practices.
No, the word refers to the external support for concentration. Kasina meditations use wholesome objects with a prominent quality, such as blue. One chooses a suitably sized blue object and observes the blueness. One should set up three of these kasinas along a path and thereby practice sitting and walking meditation observing the kasinas.
Nah this is not arhat.. Lot of mind. Still what seems like a desire to gain something. Accomplishments... There's still definitely a person/belief in such . Im just not getting that nonduality feeling.. the simplicity isn't there. could be wrong though of course . I wish him the best on the path.
For those of you just starting out working with demons, I recommend working with Astaroth. She is absolutely amazing! Write a petition with her name and sigil on it. Describe what you want and what you will give as an offering in exchange. I offer drops of blood or public praise for a complex project. For a small project I offer shots of alcohol. Fireball whiskey and red wine are my go tos. You place them on the petition one at a time and exchange them out everyday until you've given the amount you've said. Astaroth has never let me down as long as I've given offerings.
It's almost impossible for the western mind to grasp these esoteric practices. Him talking about "proof of concept" when trying all these different practices let's me know hes going into with reservations and generally that "scientific theory" approach does not work in the world of esoteric practices. I hope he's able to find what he's looking for. Once you realize that the spirit world is not the physical world you'll have a much more fulfilling spiritual life. Just don't go into it expecting to prove or disprove a spiritual practice. Not all humans are the same something that works for you now might not work for you at an adept level. It would be like a baseball player going to a basketball court and telling everyone they're doing it wrong.... no you're looking at it wrong. As far as "The Great Work" yes , waking up is part of it but it's more than just the knowledge... it's knowledge plus action that is the Great Work. It's aligning your freewill with the divine Will of creation. Love is the Law, Love under Will. Love is the foundation. Crowley fell off the path but his description is still valid. No one is perfect.
Everything in my logical, empirical, rational mind is screaming that this is VERY fishy and that I have every reason to be extremely skeptical of this guys claims.

Pretty sure you loose the right to bring Jesus into the discussion the second you decided it was ok to commune with demons. Let me get this straight. You, whose powers of discernment are so feeble that you can't even tell the difference between dream-state and waking-state, are going to tell us what a demon is? First off, tell me who Jesus is. And then tell me what demons are. And to think that malevolent beings can't become benevolent is delusional. You want to go past there to the mental planes which has several levels.

i'm not qualified to judge Daniel Ingram but I seek out his interviews because he is always so delightful and inspiring to listen to 🙏🏻
For sure my favorite interview so far! And that is saying a lot, since I everything I have seen so far I found amazing and inspiring. I love how recognizable Daniel Ingrams style of magic is in levels of ethics and with the open attitude towards all magical traditions. Cant wait for part II of this magical exploration! ✨❤️✨

Listened twice... will be listening again. This is my beacon talk for 2021. Thanks as always for excellent interviewing!
@@CallMeJamezCuzDatzAGiantPeachthat's interesting, thanks for sharing
46:00 Donald Micheal Kraig calls these little nasties, that’s why most Magicians perform the Kabbalistic cross before and after each ritual to veil their aura
Looking forward to the interview! Thanx for your work!! Greatly appreciated!

oh my god when he mentioned the king killer chronicles and Auri!

Le sigh
Thank you, and please, bring Daniel back!
I don't usually waste time listening to people speaking on basics, but this was a refreshing interview of a seemingly trustworthy two. I dig the interviewers subtle interest in the darker aspects of the subject content. I would love to connect with you or the interviewee on a deeper level, one on one, to pry into a more advanced knowledge base, as well to share my accumulated wealth of valuable tech with fellow adept contributors to the world shamanic communion.

Learned a lot of unique things . Thank you for the homework.
I think Budha himself was self proclaimed.
I am a Buddhist but I prefer the Christian confessional practices; therefore I still do orthodox prayers like the cannon of repentance periodically . I do confess to the Bodhisatvas but they do not forgive, they protect you from your karma coming to fruition and the negative effects.☸️☯️☦️🕉️
Should read "belief" or absorption.
The fact is that if you are still turning energetic experience into visual data you are in deep shit.
tantra includes some ' magical' aspects at energetic level. Not all Buddhist practitioners -especially theravadins- have an affinity for this and some repudiate it. Personally, I am open and receptive to it, but i believe it requires caution,
i dont know Ingram work and i cant assess how valuable his contribution is. He still might have meditative accomplishments, but he is a little worked up, and so far i have not heard him communicate anything useful or profound from a spiritual standpoint. he does not strike me as manipulative nor a liar, he may believe his claims.
wow, he's describing so much of my own experience in dreams that it's giving me chills. I am really fast running on all fours in my dreams, lol.
Great...thanks for sharing your experiences !
Oh boy can't wait :3
Daniel is such a great guest!
A lot of the confusion I’ve found is that some things are like a literary tool type anecdotes and then some are so very straightforward there isn’t a way to say it more literally and the distinction between the two has been has been flipped backwards more than you could imagine…and then a large percentage of both of those are very simply a way around subconscious limiters because we can convince ourselves that it is some recipe of action and ingredients that produce these things or the ability to interact with them rather than truly believing it’s an accessible ability we have
It is all the mind
ALL OF IT
Love the interview Guru! Daniel could I press a little on one of the questions? There seems to be a meaningful difference between the "magick" of social events/rituals, and the "magick" of summoning demons or developing clairvoyance etc.
Accepting we are all magicians already does not seem to remove this previously formed barrier
I think it would be helpful if you could help solidify the percieved difference for a typical non-magickally inclined mind so we can clearly see how arbitrary the distinction may be
When you say a "meaningful difference", you don't specify the particular difference you are talking about. I can imagine a number of them, but, before I go and answer some question you didn't ask through projecting my impressions on your question, can you articulate the practical distinction of relevance in more detail?

This was solid as hell!
Have you considered that TDC might have a placebo effect on you?

Do you think the cutting out of all the middle stuff and going straight to emeritus say in these new age groups that take that approach do you think it could be the cause for all these ppl that dabbled in its, later negative affects. Since the never went through the whole true entire journey ie, the bachelors, masters, PhD so to speak portion. They experience entities but they end up being extremely negative and deceptive enteties that end making the practitioner turn tail and run ?
Or do youbthink it could be abrahamic enteties in disguise knowingly scaring you to turn to abrahamic religion for say salvation ?
Literally just a thought that came to my head.
But wait! Does this mean that the conservative Christian religion I was raised in correct, and there really is a heaven and poor suffering souls condemned hell, awaiting a request for a task to earn points toward an early release?

Can metta be a Kasina practice? I wonder...
It’s the subconscious limiter you have to get past
What?! Is this for real or what? Seems out of a fantasy wizard's novel.
And you people are adults???Ya dint want to mess with the occult nor demons.
You sure got a priddy mouth though…Duelling banjos?

Pretty sure you loose the right to bring Jesus into the discussion the second you decided it was ok to commune with demons. @@blackswangothika8920 I’m not a idiot of course I have….. not all things that inspire are of a good nature. Inspiration and mania have a fine line of distinction. I wonder why that is….. why are so many genius’s seen as crazy?? Why are so many artists afflicted with mental illness which then inspires their art?? Ya know in the old days the gods not only gave divine inspiration but also inflicted people with arrows of disease….. fine line between a god and a demon….. I’m not sure either of which give a damn for folks like you or me. The more I learn about religion the more I think both sides have been used in a giant game of chess. That includes anyone who follows mainstream Christianity. There is a reason Jesus didn’t start a church…. Peter and Paul did. I don’t follow church doctrine. I know right from wrong. I’m Norwegian and followed a pagan path for quite a while. I’m not condemning anyone for their beliefs….. I’m just saying don’t let those beliefs corrupt your moral compass by justifying evil acts in the name of one side or the other. Jesus didn’t tell us to pick a side but to walk a narrow path…. A fine line….. so your moral compass is not corrupted by beliefs. God bless.
Both pagan and Christian beliefs condoned some pretty atrocious things…. Why do you think they meshed so well together??
I’m a peaceful man by nature…. That does not mean I am a pacifist but I try to turn from violence whenever possible. I really try not to let my beliefs justify wicked behavior. I do not justify the means by which I get my ends. I use the moral compass that God gave me and I suggest you do the same. We all know right from wrong. We know it instinctively from a very young age but as we grow older this world has a way of beating the truth right out of us. Don’t let the world beat the truth out of you. This world rewards the wicked and punishes the righteous. Don’t get it fucked up. It’s a test that takes a lot of endurance and faith to pass. 😎🙏
If you think change isn't happening from moment to moment, then you've simply failed to pay any attention.
