I've been a Colts fan for 34 years and the Ballard Era has been nothing but a disappointment... yes we were one play away from making the playoffs, but look how bad our schedule was... Running it back with the same players scares me.. Ballard lets his personal feelings for players come in the way of business... this is pretty much the same team that has made the playoffs once and has zero division titles... unless Ballard does something he's never done this team won't be making the playoffs... Running the same team out year after year expecting different results is the definition of insanity... everyone gave Grigsonn a hard time, but we went to an AFC championship game with him, and he wasn't afraid to take chances in FA... it doesn't always work, but you can't hit a homerun if you never even swing... smh

In order for him to shoulder the load he needs to learn to slide and finish a game hopefully he can he has the tools.
The first injury was helmet to helmet, the player that hit AR should have been ejected The second was unfortunate, because he had a 250 lb player on his back. He does need to learn to slide, but more importantly he needs to have his head on a swivel.

My answer was SATIRICAL, if you understand that word. As a Colts fan I do NOT want AR to go somewhere else.
You can't "quit" an NFL contract and go play somewhere else. That should have been a clue....
