Had a slip disc in 2020 L5 and was suggested to do core workout everyday. But I always had back pain n I feel stretch n stiffness in my lower back when I bend forward. I started seeing chiropractor from last week I feel better now. I was diagnosed with tilted hip or pelvic bone area. Can a chiropractor move joints into place? Can I be fixed?
