- Kubota BX, B, LX, L MX/M. Which Kubota tractor would you buy? Mike gives us an overview of Kubota's line of tractors, from 23HP up to 60HP. Find out some of the deciding factors that lead people to a specific tractor and find out how the models differ. We know that Kubota's models can be a bit confusing...so we hope this helps!

Very good video. The one thing you didn’t mention was DEF systems being required over 26 hp. I assume most people probably know that.
I had a 2014 MX 47, which I loved. I decided I never needed to lift more than 1200 lbs and wanted the option for a 72 inch mid mower. I opted for the B 2650. I have been shocked as to what a perfect fit for me this has been. It uses more than half of the fuel by 47 did, my PTO chipper works almost as well as it did on the 47, box, blading, stumping, and lifting, has not been a disappointment. 10 years ago I wouldn’t of imagined owning a small tractor. Don’t underestimate the smaller tractors.
None of these tractors use def
My 2015 MX5800 does not use DEF. It does have regen mode, however.
Really helpful video. Kubota is quite confusing. Thanks for including the MX model. I am really happy with mine.
Great to hear! Thanks for watching!
Only video I have seen showing the different models. Helped a lot! Thanks!
You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
I own twenty acres and will retire from Military in a few years. I’ll need something for grass cutting and to clean my ditches out. What would be the most beneficial for those two things (recommendations)?
On the Kubota 3350 what causes the main hydraulic ram housing to explode,,,, twice ... Right after being changed, the new one exploded in the Same place ?? Comments appreciated 👍.

Thanks for the video, cleared up some confusion. 👍
GREAT presentation thank you. So difficult to compare apples and apples, this helps understand the classes.
Glad it was helpful!
Good info, well presented. Thanks!
I recognize one of these. Grandpa used to have one, R.I.P.
Excellent video.
Lol Americans once again doing anything to not learn kilogrammes. I have a grudging respect for the stubbornness
I have a M105S and am trying to find out what year it was made.
Great Video.. a nice to know video...
Here because Brian Harman just won The British Open and said he bought one of these
He just wants to mow

GREAT VIDEO ! How about the same presentation (like you did with the buckets) for backhoe attachments ?
Great suggestion!
@@TractorTherapy make sure you cover the thumb attachment thing as well… I’ve heard it called a thumb, don’t know the real term

You should tell them which come with manual transmissions.
Get on some ridlin. U keep jumping from one to another
big tex told me they don’t deliver and use a 3rd party company for it
Go dude u said the same thing 10 times at the beginning
so the loader number means the amount of kilos it will lift? Seems easier to just stick to kilos.
Not when the country doesn't particularly use kilos
I really wish they made an L series with mid PTO like they used to, or at least give us the option to add it...I want front snow blower and mid mower so the biggest i get to get into is LX or jump way up to 60 series L which I can get the front blower for but not a mid mower.....crazy that stupid zero turns have changed offerings for tractors....
Yea they want everyone to buy zero turns
💞💞💞💞💞💞👍👍👍👍
BX has biggest horse power but the FEL has the lowest capacity of any subcompact.
Don't go off of the published number. A lot of companies will post some fudged lift numbers
Adding the price to the model would of been nice
They vary by accessory and front wheel drive vs 4wheel drive so it wouldn't be super helpful
Why does he push the hydro-static transmission so hard? Everything I am reading it says stay away from hydro and go with geared.
I haven't heard those bad things, but either way there is no "best", but rather depends what you're doing with it. For example, geared might be fine if you're just going up and down rows in a field all day but if you're doing loader work and needing to go back and forth every few seconds moving material, you better believe you'd rather just shuttle with your foot than be running gears while you're trying to operate the loader too (and this is from somebody who has driven manual shift cars all his life.... geared tractors are a whole other deal). Just my 2 cents.
@@jessesilver That is a good point. I posted this before going to the dealer and actually looking at the different models available. I was so impressed with the performance of the hydro stat that I bought one! So much easier operate!
I just have to have a clutch because I find hydrostatic super awkward
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.
what a mess.
Thus the video. HAHA
Do all Kubotas come with a bucket, or is that an additional cost?
A few come with the loader as standard, such as the BX23S, but most models can be bought without a loader. Usually the the price of the tractor is with the loader included.
