Hi Nishad,
It's better to do a painting job on freshly plastered walls generally after 3 months gap as freshly plastered walls could be still wet and the soluble salts in the cement and sand mix, would not have completely leached out during curing. The quality of sand and the water used also could contribute to the overall Dissolved Salts. The resultant painting, without aging (generally 3-6Months), could lead to blisters and cracking of the pain later due to the presence of alkalies in salts and moisture.
