I never knew there was a 4th one of these, although I guess that makes sense as it doesn't seem to be a finished animation. I guess that would also explain why there's no sound. How did you find this?
These from what I know were part of the last wave which released internationally in very small batches. Which is why the animation isn’t complete and why there is such little information on these actual sets
I have some from the last wave, except the Twin Mill and the All Trerrain Truck. They aren't that rare in my country, maybe I'll record a video of those idk
