Hey Sunny. So happy to see you being proactive with your health and doing the dang thing girl. I don't like giving unsolicited advice as everyone kind of finds their own way of doing things. I just wanted to say that it's normal for you to be sore as your body is trying to acclimate and adapt to the new changes. Just stay consistent, rest well, get your protein in, and stay hydrated. Eventually you'll get to a place where your recoverability is much better. The sauna also helps// proud always

If you also want further assistance there are post workout supplements/ powders that can be helpful.
I am NOT a cert. PT, but I had a best friend that was and he helped me learn different recovery methods that worked along with ensuring I didn’t have lactic acid build up after my routines. Hope this helps 🫶🏾🫶🏾

I also think hot yoga would be a good counter balance to you working out. The deep stretch helps the muscles to not stay so tight after working out. I’ve been doing it for a few months and would definitely recommend. Your hair is going to sweat out, though. LOL but worth it!
