Awesome drill, I do one very similar but I add in calls and communication. On the last drill (progression) you did, I have the server call an early "man on" or "turn". If the call is "man on" you do the last progression, if it is "turn" then do the 2nd progression. I mean you can keep the drill exactly the same, just changing who is playing the ball to the player on the pole depending on what the call from the server is.
