I dont know so much about speedrunning, but do you just play trevor% or can you just continue after the trevor part and play the whole game for a speedrun?
You can continue and do any% but I stopped since I wasn't planning to do any%. You can submit certain segments from any% as a segment run, like trevor%.
I like Trevor% because the writing in this part is actually good.
And it's short enough to enjoy in one go.

Unless you hit the side of the building somehow you can't die here if you have full health.
