Thank you Dr. Sperling. I'm 54 years of age. I learned more about MRI from watching your video. My urologist was pretty surprised that I informed him that I didn't want just a regular biopsy to check for my elevated PSA levels which went from 6.68 to 7.78 within a years time, but instead I demanded that he order me a MRI 3T test. We'll see where this goes. But I can surely say I'm thankful and grateful for you putting out this MRI T3 video. Awesome job sir! Awesome Job! You just may have saved my life.. I'm scheduled for my MRI T3 later this month of May 2018. I will keep you informed as to my results. Terry

I don't know if the Docs in Michigan have caught up yet.

I would feel more confident in Dr. Sperling if he would lose weight as being overweight is a risk factor for prostate cancer. But I appreciate his information and his Institute. I'm currently seeing a urologist at the University of Rochester who wants me to have a second biopsy despite having 2 3.0 T multipm MRIs that were negative, and one biopsy that showed only Gleason 6. I plan to try the exodx urine test before getting a biopsy. Combined with an MRI it can 100% rule out significant cancer. If necessary I might try his Institute since they offer a biopsy with MRI in real time which few places do.

I thought you had to wear a catheter for a week or so? I'm 69 and very active with surfing/fishing/hiking and working on my farm. So I'm extremely interested in your treatment for my T1c 3+7 cancer.

What gives? I had a single target lesion on MRI (Pirads 4).
As it turns out the target was benign. But on six random stabs out of the target area there was 1 core with Gleason 8 (5% of the core). Wth?

I am concerned about how many mris with contrast end up being done.....what are your thoughts on using 29.5mhz ultra sound for imaging and biopsy?
