It always helps me during my workout and saves me from hypos with alarms, gives update everytime about exercise, heart rate, glucose values and It has been very easy for me to measure glucose levels every time since I am using NightRider.

So annoyed I've just spent £22 on this junk. They could have at least sold the control solution with the kit. Often it just doesn't show anything. I'm still trying to find the range of glucose levels are for control solutions. It says 'printed on test strip vial' WHERE?
If you are going to make a video in English, why wouldn't you get a native English speaker to do it? Also, your two step review has five steps... this could be a lot better.

Better to prick and get the blood drop and then insert strip into meter

There is a card in the box. It converts mmol values to mg.
mmol x 18 = mg

I too have this problem. I've put the manual so safe I can't find it! How can I reset it to use it?
First insert the strip in the machine.. then apply the blood on the strip

The instructions should have been by an English speaking person, this is health related.
